Managing Form Components
1. Navigating To Forms.
Once you have logged into Noviqu, you will need to click on the admin menu item in the left hand tab. Under admin, you will click on the forms tab.
2. Form Components
These are different components to a form. You can personalize each one.
You will drag each component to add it to your form. You can also drag components up and down to change their location/order.
Header- Title of your form
Text- Body of your form
Date/Time- When the form was made/occurrence which led to a form
Multiple Choice- Multiple answers for one question
Number- Number or measurement of machine/training/asset
Toggle- Yes/No for situations/questions
Employee list- Employees in organization
Signature- For any form requiring signature
